What can I say about loyalty and dedication? If I were to find an employee that gets the job done and not satisfied until it is completed, I think of Dora. During our initial interview with when we hired her, she showed an indication that she can contribute, improve and make AIL a better place to work and be part of. Tim Rose

Tim and I had a previous business relationship many years ago. Tim wanted to move on to see if pastures were greener elsewhere. Well, Tim is back again but this time he is convinced beyond any doubt to make his mark with our agency more than ever. Tim has already made an impact with us and is working on a few special projects that will revolutionise the agency since he is an implementer. Tim has always showed his caring for our clients going the extra mileage when he needs to. I would like to congratulate Jayme as our employee of the month!! She is driven daily to make sure she is always on top of her work and when asked how far behind she is, she said no way, she is ahead! He is so close to number one for the year to date in the General Distributor category worldwide so please do not allow the Yanks or the Canucks to beat you. Bryon is serious about his business and it is so nice to see him and his wife Sara building a business of quality and a growing team of bonus earners. Tevita Tupouniua

The apple don’t fall far from the Family Tree since Ofa his wife is an all-time Record Maker. Tevita thinks and believes he can show that he too can make his mark with the company and his family. He and his wife both qualified to bring a guest each to next month’s convention at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana Dominican Republic. Knowing Tevita, the Hotel will need to bring in reinforcements of liquid refreshments so he will not be disappointed.

He was 94 and was in the hospital for illness related to previous heart failures, said Lyndon Olson Jr. of Waco, a close friend.

“It’s a huge loss, period,” said Olson, a former U.S. ambassador. “He was quite a human being. I’ve never met anybody more gracious and kind.”

Olson said that before Rapoport checked into Providence Health Center earlier this week, he had been in the habit of putting in a full day at the Rapoport Foundation, the charitable institution he founded. Just last week, he was cracking jokes and bending Olson’s ear about big ideas he had.

“He was Bernard Rapoport right to the end,” Olson said.

Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly previously had many years of experience managing a large insurance agency in NZ for another company. He is our top producer this past month because he went out to learn and work how AIL does its business. He certainly caught on quickly and will be featured in our next Worldwide magazine as a top performer. He has the skills, knowledge and wisdom to give AIL a boost in 2012. He is focusing on challenges that will make his team he is currently building set the new pace for many to follow. Glad to have you on board Paul!

Steve has been working from his office in South Auckland for the past 2 years. He has concentrated in making sure his agents and managers become more professional in what they do with AIL. He has systems in place that make his operation a successful one. Keep an eye on him and his team to end the year on top. That is normally where Steve ends up.

Stu and I met when I went to visit him during an appointment to deliver his Union Benefits. That was nearly 13 years ago. Stu went from being a policyholder to becoming a top company manager for many years. I’m proud to say we now him working as the company trainer which Stu has been for the past few years. Thanks Stu for your dedication, experience and caring for all of our new trainees and past ones that need assistance!
