The AIL of New Zealand Code of Conduct

AIL of New Zealand Ltd believes in conducting business in a fair and transparent manner by adopting the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity and ethical behaviour.

To this end, we have adopted a Code of Conduct, which sets out the principles and standards that govern the actions of AIL of New Zealand Limited, its Directors, Financial Advisers and Staff (our people).

  • Representations: All product representations will be fully and correctly disclosed including the fees that are charged.

  • Compliance: We will (A) adhere to all company rules and (B) comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable.

IV. Conflict of Interest

We will avoid any conflicts of interest; we will be objective and place the client’s interests first.

V. Fraudulent Behaviour

We are committed to preventing fraud.
