The best way to update your information is via our Client Services Department
They can provide instructions on how to update your information, send you the necessary forms and inform you of the additional documentation that may be required.

If you're changing your name, address, beneficiary, contact details and/or any miscellaneous changes, you need to fill out a Policy Owner Service form.

Making Premium Payments
There are two ways you can make a payment on your insurance: Debit Success and Internet Banking

Make a payment in just a few easy steps:

Enter your Debit Success account reference

Enter your last name

Select your payment method (Credit Card or Direct Transfer), entering the details.
Internet Banking Details...

Login into Online Banking with your preferred Bank

Search for a payee and start typing: "American Income Life Insurance Company". We are saved as a preferred payee with most major NZ banks.

Enter the amount you want to transfer.

Type your Primary Policy Number in the Particulars

Type your Last name and First name in the Reference – i.e. Smith, Joe
